Meet the founders

Mark Tonner-Joyce

CEO and Founder

Mark has a career background working with business leaders to achieve growth. He has experience with more than 60 brands spanning Professional Associations, Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Media, Professional Services, Dealer Groups, Government and Education. He spent over a decade working with national sports organisations focusing on digital innovation & CRM capability, membership services & commercialisation, and stakeholder engagement. Mark understands what it takes to achieve success in the high performance arena – he has competed in sailing at the elite level, he coaches the Victorian Sailing Team and High Performance Youth Laser program, he is married to a former World Champion Rower. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Mark holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AGSE). He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Director Systems & Product Development; Co-Founder

Michael is a digital innovator and IT professional with over 20 years experience in the design and development of new services, web-based innovations and mobile applications. He has a particular passion for user-centric design and delivering a high quality user experience. Michael leads our product development and roadmap thinking; he is charged to ensure our products meet the needs of our end users and are industry-grade in every respect.
